I emailed details of my cooker model and the fault one evening. I’d had a quote £37 cheaper than elsewhere online by 9:00 the following morning. They arrived within the time slot we agreed on the day that was convenient to me and charged me exactly what they said they would. No unexpected extras or nasties. Brilliant!!!

Diagnosed and repaired my Bosch Dishwasher. Paul clearly knows his stuff and is an absolute professional. Fitted us in very quickly and came to fit the parts the day after they arrived. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repair.
I would just like to say thank you for the excellent service I received from your company it makes a change to deal with a company that does exactly what they say! The engineer Paul was on time and polite and did the job in record time explained all that I needed to do before he left. I am a very satisfied customer and will be recommending you to friends and family.
I called Paul thinking the pump in the washing machine was faulty/broken.
After only 5 minutes of being here and inspecting the machine, he discovered it wasn’t the fault at all. Now he had he could have put a new pump in and charged me and I would have been none the wiser. But he didn’t.
Told me it didn’t need one and after he had investigated further found it to be paperclip stopping the pump. Also £1.20 in coins!! Result? He then did a thorough check and cleaned it all out. After he put it all back together he was still not satisfied with the water pressure so he took it all apart again.
Finally, he was satisfied with everything. He told us to do a hot wash and if I was still not happy he would come back that afternoon. Our machine now works better than ever. Highly recommended.

Turns Out the element in my fan oven had packed up.
We looked at new ovens and discovered they are now wider and would not fit in our older units.
The engineer turned up early but rang first to see if it was ok.
A new kitchen was on the cards. Friendly repairman did the job in about 20mins for £116.
I am well pleased.
I just wanted to say what a fantastic service you provide! The best I’ve experienced ever. Everything perfect. Good people involved, on time, good price, etc.
It’s such a change form what is now typical or standard across the board and that is slapdash organisation, shoddy work – a nightmare. Not with you guys, again, the best Cooker repairs company I’ve ever had to deal with. Many thanks.
